I was devastated the entire first two weeks and still the only thing people could say was oh you miss your boyfriend? and i still hate it like my grades are better without him but i really don't like any of my friends at school now and it kinda sucks.

Yeah it's just I know what it's like to be in a smaller version of their shoes. Me and my best friend have always been close and as soon as people found out we weren't brother and sister and we hit fifth grade people already assumed we were dating then and as we got older it got worse and it wrecked a few of our actual relationships because the other person always assumed there was more and other people didn't make it easier and the teachers said it all the time too. It could get quite annoying.
