Now I'm not saying to toss yourself into every DnD combat, however I AM saying you're a Paladin, you're the tank. YOU'RE THE PILLAR. STAND STRONG.
#hear me out#new campaign#im playing a paladin#we're level 1#and a massive fuck you dog just rushed the camp we were in#now this thing is ripping people to shreds#im talking level 5 equivalents in two attacks#it is also#150 ft away#so I spend two full turns running full tilt at it#while my party pepper it from afar and hide#(which is the smart thing to do!)#I finally reach it#swing once#and kill it#turns out it had taken enough damage before i reached it#that I dealt the final blow#now.was this smart?#no#could I have died?#absolutely#did EVERYONE tell me to stop rushing the death dog?#you fucking bet#But Lord did it feel good to just#Paladin my way through that thing#anyways campaign is alot of fun so far#and I'm excited for the rest!#dnd#WERE BACK BABYYYYYY
