also, like you said, he came up with the return of taylor and her, uh, reporting (which as a concept I get, but the execution was terrible) and bt and the blackout arc, all of which was, let's say, not well received lol. and I feel like the writers did what they could with the turd they were given, but even if you polish a turd, you're still left with a pile of shit in the end. so if those were his best original ideas, he's really fucking lucky to have the team that he does bc oof y'know?

We suffered through BT and MWās atrocious acting for a whole season and a half while she got far more screen time than a random side character deserved because of Tim specifically and his whole āI want to explore the reporter angleā shtick. Yes, there were cast considerations because of Kenny and JLHās scheduling needs but also my god they could have done literally anything else and that they didnāt was his brainchild.
