Even though it was just a rumor, Kagura was not amused by such lewd and crude insinuations. Yes, Shiro was probably just stirring up trouble as usual, but was it true? Or was he just starting trouble? A heavy sigh and furrowed brow awaited Lyon’s response impatiently.

“Oh? Well…” The Ace of Lamia Scale was not an objectifying fool from what she could tell. His reputation was quite prestigious and anything so crude could only be concocted by that troublesome Exceed. “I… I suppose I overreacted. I should know better than to believe anything that idiot feline says. It is quite flattering if I’m being honest…” She took several steps forward and reached out to rest a hand on Lyon’s shoulder. “Perhaps we could grab a bite to eat to.. clear the air?”

Kaito’s mischievous Exceed Shiro was at it again, so Lyon decided that he won’t hold anything back on him later, even if he was partners with the Ice Dragon Slayer (Kaito) that was also fellow disciple of Ul like him. But that didn’t matter, it was Kagura’s reaction that mattered, he had to be clear with his intentions at least.

“Well we both have seen our fair share of his impulsive mischief, he is not a complete liar, but likes to twist the truth in his favour.” He stated, knowing the majority of the rumours Shiro spread came from the smallest of misunderstandings for his benefit later.

“I haven’t relied on luck since the instant I was born. Everything has been the result of my choices. That is what leads my existence towards the future.”

It was a bright sunny day along the dirt roads. Kaza had finished an order for a client but he had to deliver it to their residence which happened to be at least a couple towns away and since there was no other means of transportation available at the time he had to walk his way there carrying his luggage as well as the client’s blade. It was merely a ceremonial blade meant for decoration rather than function as per their request but he at least made it able to be used if necessary. 

“We’ve reached the final match of Day 2 of the Grand Magical Games! It’s Mermaid Heel’s Kagura Mikazuchi verses Sabertooth’s Kaito Yuki!” Boomed the announcer to the hyped crowd over the fight to come, the ace of one guild against a newcomer from the strongest guild, it was a match to watch closely..

“I will uphold the name of Sabertooth in this fight, and secure victory without fail.” Kaito reassured the group of Sabertooth members before walking to the arena, confident in his win. This male had silver, light blue eyes behind black framed glasses, wearing a high collared black sleeveless shirt, boots, and pants bound by a silver belt, with a white cape flowing behind him.

There would be a significant chill in the air when he approached his opponent, expression stoic and unwavered by the beatty before him. “It is an honour to do battle with you, ace of Mermaid Heel. Shall we make things interesting, and make a bet like the others before us?” He suggested politely with his greeting, curious to hear what the swordswoman would want from it.

Such an odd country he found himself in.

Chopper was currently wandering through the forest outside of Magnolia, but in truth, he had seen enough from the people and creatures of this world to know that it wasn't like his own. Special powers were certainly less special here than in his world, as anyone could learn any magic, where as if Chopper saw one devil fruit power, he knew it was unique to that individual. It almost made him want to learn magic of his own.

Of course, even in this place, Chopper was an oddity. Walking around with a squeak emitting from his hooves every step of the way, anyone with eyes could see that he was an anthropomorphic reindeer, about 90 cm (2'11½") tall. Unlike in his own world, however, people were less judgmental. Talking cats existed, so what's a reindeer or two going to matter? While this made making friends easier, it also made Chopper curious about these talking cats he heard about.

His scrawny legs moved him forward, but Chopper grumbled irritably at how aimless he really was, revealing a child-like voice despite the annoyance felt by it. His scrawny arms swung back and forth as the boy looked ahead, hoping to remain carefree in some capacity despite his boredom. The boy wore a blue cap with a ring of dots around the circle and buckles hanging from the sides, wearing it over a large, pink, fuzzy hat with a white X in the center of that one. On his torso, he wore a white and yellow vertical-striped tank top and an orange pair of shorts, all suited to his size. His blue nose and brown antlers sticking out the sides of his hat likely showed most people that he wasn't human, despite the fact that some humans in this world had animalistic features.

Spotting a beautiful girl just past a tree that previously blocked her from Chopper's sight, the boy squealed happily to himself. Sure, most would approach her for her beauty, but there was a feature that caught Chopper's attention more than any facial feature or body appeal. The look in her eyes and aura around her just seemed to indicate kindness! That meant she was probably an easy friend to make! No longer hesitating, Chopper ran forward to meet her.

Stopping in front of this wizard, Chopper lifted his head to look at her own face. Hopefully his abnormalities weren't enough to weird the girl out. Smiling warmly, Chopper reached a small hoof forward and placed it atop her knee, hoping to get her to look down at him. "Pardon me, miss!" He cheered out in an uplifting tone, hoping that his optimism and friendliness might make the potential friend feel lighthearted as well.

“Yeah, I can see that. I’d offer to carry you, but I can barely walk myself.” Lyon frowned at seeing the state Kagura was in, she must have her own battles against others of the enemy army. “However, I can at least do this.” He soon made a an Ice Make gesture, and formed a ice stretcher under her, using his ice manipulation to hover it near him as he walked alongside it.

Burning a deep blush as Jella made his snarky comment, Kagura knew she would be relentlessly teased for her impulsive action. Of course he would say something like that. “What do you mean “happy for the both of us”? It was just a kiss, Jellal.”

Any normal person would be teasing Kagura by now, but not Jellal. Even if it was a joke, any rumours involving Erza made him jump to conclusions quickly. “I meant what I said, but going by your reaction, was it just a kiss? You don’t seem the type to do things carelessly, so what was your reason?” The Heavenly Body Mage was now more curious, obviously it had to be something if she was blushing like that. So he made his next question more clear, for a definite answer. 

“Kagura, do you like Erza?”
