Fitness folio shoot
A personal trainer & now model, Danielle Watt, wanted some images to show her physique as well as modelling ability.Β
Armed with 2 canon speedlites, a large california sun bounce reflector and some biscuits we headed down to Saffron Lane stadium in Leicester to take some photos.
Unfortunately Miss Watt started to feel very unwell, however we managed to get these images before she totally faded...
1. Using a speedlite high & left as a key light, while also having the california sun bounce off to the right working with the sun and the flash to highlight Danielle.
2. Using both speed lights and the california sun bounce to separate Danielle from the background.
3. For this more dramatic shot & one of my favourites, I used all the light available, including the sun. The california sun bounce was on the right of the frame wight eh speed lights to the left of the frame.
You may notice I like to use negative space. Its my thing, I just enjoy it! :)
After the shots on the field, and Miss Watt feeling unwell we got one more shot in the stands...
4. Using just the california sun bounce to throw some light on Danielle was enough to create a relaxed, standout photo.
