Grass Memory wasn't particularly useful as it didn't hit a major Pokemon on a Weakness at the time. Water Memory did have more use, as it did help against Blacephalon-GX and Reshiram & Charizard-GX. Silvally-GX was solid, especially in the SUM-On format, and still on the fringe of viability for a while after, so if running it you could certainly consider adding Water Memory for that purpose. Grass Memory was very likely to be skipped.
