Prayers last nite, prayers today. I am thinking about each and every single person out in camp today, praying for their strength and for their protection. One can only imagine the feeling of being forcibly and illegally evicted from ones home, in ways that their ancestors were, with memories of brutality, murder and abuse. The physical bodies of their ancestors are buried in that land. Their spirits re watching over all that is happening. I hope you watch the continued history of cultural genocide today, do not ignore it. History is happening before you. And with that the history of resilience, of strength, of the power of prayer, of the history of the indigenous people of this land. Watch history today.
