As we have been travelling, we have been conscious of how much waste we can produce as tourists. Eating mostly fresh produce has helped to reduce the waste we produce, however it means that we have lots of compost. We have been holding onto our compost to find a good compost heap or people that collect scraps for animals like this one! It was wonderful to see compost, recycling and landfill stations at Hosanna’s for everyone staying at the farm – champions!
