Every time Spock says "Vulcans don't lie" there's gotta be some elderly Vulcan out there who first came up with that shit just wondering what he's unleashed on the world.
Spock drops that on a hair trigger, it's locked and loaded at all times. Sometimes he says that and the lie he's lying about in the same sentence.
There's gotta be a Vulcan out there absolutely stressing. It was meant to keep the humans off their backs about confidential stuff! Not your family tree! Why does no one know your family until they meet them Spock? Why does that never come up in a briefing like it would with anyone else????
