This scene from the season 3 episode, ‘Warrior... Priestess... Tramp’, is probably the funniest comedy scene in the whole show for me for several reasons. It’s tongue-in-cheek, well written humour. This show never takes itself too seriously and can even be quite the parody spoof sometimes.
Lucy’s performances, playing both the character Xena and Leah. All the different mannerisms she does and that widiculous accent where she sounds like a 3-year-old. Then you have the character dialogue between Gabrielle and Leah talking about the impurities of sex. Gabrielle humiliated over Leah shaming her for the loss of her virginity and trying to defend herself. Xena reacting to the insults, pulling silly faces and laughing at Gabrielle’s expense, then turning away when Gabrielle looks at her.
