Honestly, I’m slowly realizing that Supernatural and all that it encompasses is the only place I feel like I have a voice. Maybe that’s why my characters hold onto me so tight. Like, how dare I write about anyone else? Their world is the only place when I see justice for myself and all that I’ve endured. It’s the only world where I feel seen and heard. The only place where I can grapple with difficult emotions, process difficult thoughts. It’s where I feel safest.

Sooooooooooo now that my meds have been refilled...

I wasn’t sure if my meds were actually helping cause I still felt insane most of the time...

Because there was an issue with my pharmacy and my doctors office, I ended up off my meds for a little while...🤫

And I’ve confirmed for myself that I need to take my fucking meds lol It’s not perfect but boy does it make a fucking difference...
