It was one of those days were you think nothing could get worse but it did. Chandra was thinking about Julia. Sweet, lovely Julia. Who had cancer. Who could die. Who could leave a whole family and Chandra devastated. She could leave Destin depressed and doomed, like Chandra had been when Dakota had died. Chandra pulled on one of Landon's t-shirts, that she had stolen from him. He knew she loved wearing his clothes, they always made her feel better. Sighing softly, she pulled her knees close and looked down at her prop sheets for her Art Project. She wasn't in the mood for this, she was never in the mood for anything like this anymore. Hearing a car outside, she looked to see if it was Landon or Sarah or maybe Julia, it wasn't. It was a car she didn't recognised. Who the fuck is this? She thought, pulling on shorts underneath Landon's t-shirt and walking towards the front door. "Are you sure it's here?" A female voice said, her mother's voice. No, they couldn't be here. "It is. The neighbour's said so. Chandra swung the door open and looked at them. "What are you doing ere?" Chandra growled at them, getting defensive. They never cared, always left. "Oh dear. Who's t-shirt is that you're wearing? Someone you don't know?" Her mother said in a bitchy tone. Chandra mentally flinched and looked at her mother. "It's my boyfriend's." she mumbled which earned a snobby laugh from both of her parents. "Boyfriend? You? You're just a fucking messed up kid, Chandra. You don't have a boyfriend. You're a slut. You disgrace this family. Since the day you took that money." Her mother said, walking through her house as Chandra followed. Chandra remained quiet, taking the abuse. Chandra pictured Landon here, agreeing with her mother and laughing also. Pulling at the ends of her hair, she looked at her parents. "What do you want?" She asked finally. "Well, we wanted to get our money back but since you bought this place. I'm guessing you have no money with all the drugs you buy." Her father said harshly, making Chandra cower away. "Get out! Get out of my house! Get the fuck out." Chandra yelled, finally having enough of the verbal abuse. Her mother cackled which made Chandra want to throw up. "Oh such a bitch. I don't know how I raised such a disappointment. C'mon, it'd be better we leave than have to see her face for any longer." She spoke harshly as she went out the back door along with her father. Staring out the door after them. Chandra fell against the counter and squeezed her eyes shut. As she opened them, she saw everyone she loved in front of them. Dakota, Landon, Sarah, her parents, Julia. She looked at them, tears streaming down her face. She first looked at Dakota who said whore to her. Then Landon who spat disgrace at her. Sarah who screamed prostitute at her with a vicious cackle. Bitch was what came from her parents and the worst of all was Julia's; fuck up. She was a fuck up. She was the worst thing that could happen to anyone. Getting up, she reached into her pocket and withdrew a lighter in her shorts. Lighting it, she watched the flames dance before bringing it close to the skin on her arms. Chandra felt the burn of her skin and sighed. If she couldn't do drugs or drink, she'd do this; she'd hurt herself. Chandra watched her skin burn, noticing the mark it left when she stopped and thought she needed more pain. Pain. That's what she needed, not the sweet pain Landon left her in after they spent their time together, horrible pain. Chandra rummaged through the drawers and took out one of her crafting blades. Looking back to her burnt arm, she put the blade across her wrist. Swiping it, she looked at the blood and continued, patterns down her arm. Sighing, she put down the blade after a few minutes and tears stung her eyes. "I'm sorry. I'm always sorry." She whispered to the ground, tears falling from her face.
