Nope, I can say that F was too busy thinking about Mousy and college so they didnt cheat, unless you consider it cheating if its F x their hand.

F would get annoyed and say that they had sex together so how is it going to be someone else's baby?

They would go back to their teen personality (mean, arrogant and prideful) for the talk, they would calm down and laugh playfully at Mousy.

They would say "I would never do that to you, sweetie" and I would personally fold.

Uhh, Mousy is unhealthy, but you can make Mousy and F toxic and more unhealthy instead of trying to make the relationshipp healthier.

The therapist (ernest/ernestine) is the most healthy route there but there are moments of unhealthy and angst because Ernest thinks they cant date a married person and who is their paitent so thats angst!

If mousy got pregnant, they will think that mousy cheated (if possible, with francis and afab mousy) but they would relax after finding it out its theirs.

If they found out it isn't theirs, oof.

If mousy cant get pregnany, that scale would still go high, anyways, as the story goes further down.

I answered this before with F, both Mousy and F has selfish reasons for not getting kids.

One reason is, attention. Mousy and F's relationship is falling apart because theres distance and no attention on the relationship, they need to have each others' attention only on them. They think that having kids will ruin that.

Another reason is family for Fran. F has secretly been in contact with their parents, where they promised Mousy that they won't be in contact with them just V. So F would have to juggle letting their parents see their granchild and not letting Mousy know that they broke the promise.

As for V, nope. V would probably want a child when they're in their 30s, V is only 21 and loves to party so if they do have a child, they're a dead beat and if they were pregnant then its going up for adoption or handed to their parents, if Mousy got pregnant then they would play it off as F got Mousy pregnant or Mousy cheated on F with someone else that isnt them just so they don't have to claim the baby. I could ses them as a parent in their 30s but for now, nope.

But yeah, F does. Some people get bored or falls put of love being in a relationship since highschool and especially at a young age. F thinks that Mousy will find someone else and leave them alone which is why they will think that Mousy is cheating when getting close to an RO even with the platonic route.

F sees themselves as Mousy's lover and best friend.

In the past, when they first found out Fran got a promotion, which was one year before the game starts, so Vic has been planning to steal Mousy away from Fran for one year now though their drunk and love to party, has made the plan harder to do but since Fran and Mousy are getting more distant, now it's the perfect time!

Like I said it depends, even if you're faithful. Some people may interpret that you're cheating how you're interacting with other people so it's a 'maybe yes or no' situationship. (like in real life, some people do think that)

Both Fran and Mousy are over-thinkers where they think that each other is cheating on them.

You play as Mousy, you know that Mousy can cheat on Fran with the other characters, you're the first one to know that Mousy is cheating or not, which is what Fran thinks. Fran's fear of Mousy cheating on them is proven right because you're Mousy.

While you don't play as Fran, so Mousy's fear about Fran cheating on them isn't proven true or not.

Some people deal with that in relationships, where they think their partner is cheating but it isn't proven to be true or not unless they see it for themselves. You play as Mousy who thinks that Fran is cheating, so you're also thinking that Fran is cheating, though you will only know for sure if you make Mousy catch Fran in the act, then you will be able to prove your thought and Mousy's thought that Fran is cheating.
