These brownies are the epitome of chocolatey goodness. With a perfect balance of moistness and fudginess, they are sure to satisfy your sweet cravings. Whether enjoyed warm with a scoop of ice cream or straight out of the fridge, these brownies are irresistible!
Ingredients: 1 cup 225g unsalted butter. 2 cups 400g granulated sugar. 1 cup 100g cocoa powder. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 4 large eggs. 1 1/2 cups 190g all-purpose flour. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1 cup 175g chocolate chips optional.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan. Put the butter in a medium-sized saucepan and melt it over low heat. Add the sugar and cocoa powder and mix them in well. Take it off the heat. Add vanilla extract and stir. One at a time, beat in the eggs until they are well mixed in. Sift the flour, salt, and baking powder together in a different bowl. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix them in until they are just combined. You can add chocolate chips if you want to. Spread the batter out evenly in the pan that has been prepared. If you stick a toothpick into the middle and it comes out with moist crumbs instead of wet batter, the cake is done. Before cutting the brownies into squares, let them cool all the way in the pan.
