Thundercracker had to lean over, nearly kneeling down so he could be at Eye Sear’s level, so he wrap his arms around the smaller mech. Settling his helm down in the nook between helm and shoulder, the large mech sighed and closed his optics.

“Been having some trouble lately. Just needed to know you were still here.”

Eye Sear placed a hand on the seeker’s helm, stroking it gently while he rested the other on Thundercracker’s shoulder.

Eye Sear had been fussy for hours, head turning back and forth. “...Nn...” He rolled again, against Thundercracker’s arm, and upon meeting it, latched on.

He shudded, curling up as if he was trying to make himself as small as possible, trying to protect himself from the rocks falling around him in his nightmare.
