There was gorilla warfare against the government.  A group of rebels were setting off bombs in a mountainous area.  There was a dictatorship in an area of the world where it's a warm climate.  The dictatorship is collecting people and making them disappear.  In a back alleyway, with the walls painted a red-orange a woman and her daughter are tied to the wall.  Three or four male government officials are there getting ready to execute them and the mother all of a sudden starts fighting them, kicking them and steals a gun.  She kills them and drops the gun.  Her daughter is laying on the ground and when the gun hits the dirt if misfires and her daughter is shot in the stomach.  

The woman scoops up the young girl and then they are in the streets.  The sun is hot and the woman is pounding on a doctor's door.  At first he wont open the door for fear of aiding someone the government wants dead.  But then he opens the door and as they enter, I'm not observing the dream from third person anymore.  I am the young girl.  I can't even see straight because of the pain.  I find myself laying on a stiff bed, in the corner of a room.  My asian friend Nick is leaning over me and gives me a pain killer, my vision continues to waver as he stitches up the wound.
