Photographed at the bunkers in Jamestown RI. 2006 Film Photography Black and White 35mm. My spouse placed his arm under a mental bunker door that was starting to decay. Looks like a scene from a horror film.

This is a photo series I shot back when I first starting to photography 17 years ago. Back then I use to explore many abandoned war bunkers near the seacoast. This bunker Battery Seaman 103 has a infamous reputation many years ago of constantly being broken in to, used as a place for rituals including animal sacrifices and paranormal activity. The bunker has also been known to have be a graffiti artist dream haven. Many of these graffiti murals no long exist as other artists have either painted over them or park officials covering up the artwork. I don’t promote vandalism however it was impressive to come across these pieces once you entered the completely dark bunker and turned on your flashlight.
I hope to make a YouTube video photo show and tell about these pieces in the future. Here’s a few pictures from the series.

Abandoned War Bunkers Odiorne Point, Bunker Graffiti 2000
Even though I have been sick these past couple of months have been a busy girl with my jewelry making and have been stumbling across some old artwork. Came across these old gems recently. I loved exploring old abandoned places especially war bunkers. Use to find some interesting graffiti in them and odiorne point had the most interesting murals. Taken back in 2000. My friends and I loved exploring these bunkers. Hope to visit there again in the summer but will not go into the bunkers.
