i really recommend giving my marvellous dream is you a try. a perfect show? yes. a not perfect show? also yes. but perfect? yes. while the characters could be frustrating, it wasn’t anything different from what i have seen in other gl shows + their motivations and actions make sense and line up. wankim are flawed and messy and lovely characters and their story pushes on no matter what. i do wish some of the secondary characters got to be more fleshed out though + some things were more smoothed within the show but i love and enjoy the show all the same. it has heart, it has comedy, it has drama and angst, it has tropes, it has family, it has friendship, it has dreams (figuratively and literally), it has love. i would add i do wish we could have seen some of the secondary characters again + more of wankim in their dreams / school era. (the same clips used while i enjoy, also made me laugh, but not in a bad way) faymay as wankim have really lovely chemistry and they brought the yearning / hidden love to life.
