Before Lucien's birthday, the family decided to get some pictures of him with his sister partly to make up for the lack of infant pictures they had of their son.

Seraphine enjoyed watching over the younger Fields' kids while their parents could get some time to themselves and Walter could play with his cousin at the rec center.

Being so close in age, Walter and Diego made plenty of excuses to visit one another whenever they could. Rosette's wedding planning was of no interest to her son so sending him over to his uncle's house worked as a form of babysitting when he wasn't with his dad.

Walter and Diamond loved to spend time together and while Diamond was close to all her children, she had to admit that she was closest to her eldest.

Though there was a worry that the siblings wouldn't have a strong relationship since the boys weren't all that interested in their sister for most of her life, now that she was older and no longer a baby they welcomed her into their fun eagerly.

Walter enjoyed school though he was sorely disappointed with the fact he had to do homework when he came home.

With a grandson more capable of conversation than before, Seraphine was delighted to spend more time with Hunter's family since a house full of toddlers could be a bit much as age came for them.

With Walter being older, Diamond made sure to give her children more attention to adjust for the change that her growing children had brought to the family now that they were more independent.
