a little lore dump about these 3:

Sling (she/her): once a hero, she was ignored and subsequently betrayed by her comrades. she was then recruited by The Boss who recognised her immense, yet unused, skill. with The Boss, she discovered her somewhat concerning love for bloodshed and destruction. seriously, don’t let her get near collapsible buildings. she is the right hand man of The Boss and is extremely loyal to him. she’s also quite bad at cutting her hair.

Para (he/they): what a familiar face! Para is one of the many minions to The Boss, but he stands out due to his shocking competence, considering his rather low intellect. he, along with Sling is typically on the front lines of most battles, and he’s often the one that goes on espionage missions and sneakily stealing from banks. in the past, when he was nothing but a radio host, he was friends with a hero named Blue, but it seems they had a falling out.

The Boss (he/him): the big bad. the conductor of evil, if you will. The Boss is an extremely intelligent man who is almost completely unknown to the heroes and general public. most people don’t even know he exists. but i’ll let you in on a little secret; he used to be known by a different name.

many years ago, there was a villain, so nefarious, so volatile, and so powerful she almost managed to take over the entire world, until she was defeated by a particular hero. she was known as Catastrophe, and was never seen again.

these descriptions sound a lot more serious than the story usually is LMAOOOOOO. The Boss, Sling, and Para generally have a silly familial relationship. i’ve made some drawings before of The Boss making them breakfast and sitting in a sofa chair reading a news paper while Sling tosses Para around. they’re just little guys idk

if i do end up making this an actual comic series, i think most of the earlier episodes would be mostly just the three of them recruiting defeated villains and fucking around being cat burglars and whatever as The Boss sinisterly plans in the background. eventually it would get a bit more serious as their pasts come back to haunt them. a lot of the themes of this story i think would be about change and if change is possible and good and evil and whateva. mostly silly stuff though

i also have a secondary series called Who Killed Birdie? where a bunch of people from different worlds get taken and put onto a train hurtling through time and space in order to prove that their world had nothing to do with the death of the supposedly immortal dimension traveller Birdie.

it’s a little convoluted and more serious than my main series but i really like the concept :-) i sometimes post characters with some descriptions so if you want more of that i’d be pretty happy to do more. it’s still in pretty early stages and i don’t really have a lot of the story down yet, but i think it would happen in a lot of arcs, one or two for each character.

also: Birdie is quite morally grey, and it’ll be implied in a lot of the more… devastated worlds that he had a part in its destruction lol

uhhh yeah!! those are my main ocs, i have a lot of others ones though lol. like my oc Mara who’s a mad scientist villain that was defeated. she’s a sci-fi toon that does slightly unethical experiments on Para, Sling and The Boss sometimes to make them stronger. she and Sling also kind of have something together but i haven’t done a lot about that.
