A moment of weakness. Everything in his life felt just a little off axis at the moment. There was too much uncertainty and he felt kind of stuck in the midst of things--with his rink temporarily closing down so close to competition season, being on the brink of having to move out of his apartment and still not having found a replacement, and experiencing hopeless romantic attraction for the first time in quite some time and--having absolutely no where to channel that. He’d been tossing in bed, fully clothed and rather frustrated, and it wasn’t even much past eight yet.
