This is one of my favorite morning movement patterns. ā I feel this waking up my toes, calves, knees, thighs, a small twist through the belly helps the spine & the movement of the arms helps to stretch out my shoulders, my back, as well as release extra tension in my neck. ā I've been getting back in the habit of moving every morning to wake my body up.
