ive been meaning to write a post lyk dis for litz fo'eva & so here we are. last year at this time, i was bw 202-210 lbs. in a year, ive lost 30ish pounds (which obviously im super stoked about) & tbh while i DID change some of my eating/daily habits, i dont want it to take as long to get the remainder i have to lose off. so my shortest term goal is to lose 20-30 lbs within the next 30-40 days. the purpose of this post is kinda to also have at least some public accountability & a way to track.
my ultimate goal weight is 3-tiered (as in; most realistic, "perfect weight", & 'unrealistic but we'll see if we can hit it lol'), so it goes like this:
my goal measurements are;
waist: 23-26" (ultimate waist goal is 20", but i will have to corset down to that & i will only waist train if i can do it healthily)
ive set my weigh-ins 10 days apart (the first has already happened, so 3 remain this month).
mon aug 31: 169 lbs, 37" waist
th sept 10: 169 lbs (no change :{)
su sept 20: 164-5 lbs (-4/5 !!! 。◕‿◕。)
wed sep 30: 164 lbs (-no change :{)
i will work hard & do my best to hit it, y'all. the (third) weigh-in ill post some progress pics & the next goal tier. Wait patiently until then! ☺️💜✌️
*please note: i am 5'1, so my goal weights are based off my height & are within a healthy range (at my current weight, i am considered obese). i dont particularly care so much about weight, its more abt how i look/feel. i am NOT starving to achieve these goals, rather, my focus is eliminating food/drink options that contribute to body/visceral fat & maintaining strict portion control. i could post my daily food intake/physical activity & i will if i find i need that extra level of accountability.
