Stephanivien peeked into the room and, upon seeing the familiar figure present, pushed it open further to enter. He smiled gently, though he was evidently reserved compared to his usual eccentric self. Between hands was held a small plate of cookies, which he moved to place down upon the desk.

"'Evening, my friend. Joye baked some cookies today. My prospectometer suggested I bring some over to share, if you would like some that is," he added, flicking his eyes away. He dropped into a nearby chair. He fell silent another moment, fingers drumming nervously upon the arms of the chair he had stolen before he clearee his throat and continued without further eye contact,

"I hope you do not mind if I, uh... stick around for a time? ... I knew not who else to go to. Things are -" He cut himself off, waving a hand and shaking his head. "Ah, nevermind. If you'd prefer peace I can always stay within the Forgotten Knight."
