While WAC’s personality implies a lot about Neyo, I feel I should remind you that that droid was way too excited about the idea of Gascon committing suicide. Given what we know about Neyo’s personality (cold, morbid), I suspect he rubbed off on his droid more than a little.
While WAC-47 is hella annoying on his own (or when he’s with Gascon), I actually like him and Neyo together, if only for the sheer contrast in personality.
I personally headcanon that WAC is basically the only person who can actually make Neyo laugh. This headcanon goes hand-in-hand with my other belief that Neyo was ‘trained’ by Dred Priest, and needed something to make him happy.

Wac, I think he knows why he didn’t make the cut. Judging by his uncomfortable stutter and the fact that he's rather smart. How would you feel if someone make fun of your dreams ?
