Summary: Azalea Fell and Antoinette Crowley are on opposite derby teams. After a mishap and a trip to A&E, they find themselves determined to keep each other in their lives. Even while Azalea has growing suspicions that her team isn't who they appear to be.

Excerpt: “What’s your name?” The redhead asked, tossing a braid over her shoulder.

“What? You don’t think my parents actually named me Fresh Meat?”

Crowella laughed. “I hope not. I’d have to wonder what kind of parents they are.”

Azalea frowned as much as the split in her lip would allow. “They named me Azalea. It is debatably not much better.”

“After the shrubbery?”

Azalea nodded.

“Well, at least you’re both pretty, right?”

Azalea shrugged, keenly aware of the blush rising in her cheeks. “Your real name isn’t Crowella then?”

“Sadly, no. It’s Antoinette.”

“Oh, lord. You poor thing.”
