Tbh I feel like I haven’t seen the trope much? I’m not super into the hunger aspect of it but I think it could be super interesting seeing how a belly goes from growling from hunger to angry gurgles from overeating.

You know I’m going to have to go w Wrio (thought Diluc is a close second). Like there’s no way he doesn’t forget to eat, and even if he does remember, half the time he’s too tired to even try hiking all the way through the Fortress to get to the cafeteria. He could do nothing but listen to his stomach rumble, upset at the lack of food, while he tries to complete the piles of paperwork that cover his desk.

The sounds of his starving belly are deafening in the otherwise silent office. Eventually someone knocks on the door but by the time he goes to answer there is nobody out there. He looks down to see a large bag with a note attached that simply said “From Neuvilette”.

Wriothesley soon found out that the bag was filled with his favorite dishes. The smell was enough to have him tearing open the packaging, making quick work of stuffing his face. Soon, Wrio found himself regretting eating so fast, he hiccuped painfully as he rubbed his bloated gut. It gurgled loudly, clearly upset at having gone from one extreme to another. His belly was full and heavy and any extra space he may have had was filled with air he swallowed from eating way too fast. He leaned back in his plush office chair, letting his gut bulge out in front of him. There was no way he’d get any work done for quite a while now.
