Hey, W here! I’m gonna review this film. So basically this film is about this girl, called Hanna Kang, who is overweight. Phone sex is one of her jobs as well as being a ghost singer for the popular singer, Amy, who lip syncs over Hanna’s voice. Hanna has a really big crush on the director, Sang-jun. Hanna is near committing suicide after hearing Sung-jun and Amy’s conversation but she gets interrupted by the phone sex guy who turns out to be a top surgeon. she persuades him to give her head-to-toe plastic surgery and ends up looking drastically different, she is now super thin!
I actually really liked this film mainly because I liked the actors and I really liked the main girl. I loved it when she sang “Maria” that was my favorite bit. I recommend this film because its a pretty fun film to follow along with in the story and I also found some parts pretty funny. Overall I loved the film I really recommend it! Of course this whole ‘’you have to be skinny to be beautiful’’ thing was not a great message, at all. The story line was sweet other than that.
