sometimes i feel embarrassed to regress while being fat and ugly. i see so many people online who regress and they look so small, delicate, and pretty. even though my regression is involuntary, and there isn’t a “right” way to look when you regress, i still end up feeling like i don’t deserve it. like i don’t have the right to take up that space, because i don’t look like them.
