Vw T5 1.9tdi in for diagnosis. No power, infact just 79bhp. Garage who tuned it couldn’t find anything (no fault codes) and wanted to start adding turbo, injectors etc etc. Didn’t need any of that, just vcds, meas blocks 2 and check the throttle. Take linkage apart clean and set up. Sorted. Could really do with a professional remap as torque delivery awful as can be seen on the graph. A good few runs on the maha rolling road gave it a good clear out.
