Lashing points are something that can easily be missed when converting a van. These can be essential when moving various items around in the van but are quickly forgotten about. I mainly use lashing points for securing mountain bikes. Don't forget to cut a hole in your cladding or ply lining to allow for the lashing hooks. Most vans will already have lashing points installed. If you have a vw caddy maxi and want to install one to either side of the van you can do this using the pre existing holes in the vans internal skin. To fix the lashing point to the side of the van.
