harry couldn't believe he let his friends convince him to show up here, let alone throw rocks at her window. he was one step away from holding a boombox over his head. the only thing propelling his delusion that this might work was his liquid courage. he threw a few stones softly, his aim slightly bad due to his drunkenness. after a minute of silence, he tossed another. "hello? anyone there?"

"we're friends, right? like, we're close enough to ask for favors?" he approached the topic gently, although it might be obvious from his latest viral moment. seen leaving a club with multiple people on his arm, drunk enough that he had an entire conversation with a reporter. it was stupid — and the wake up call he needed. "things are bad. my team thinks a relationship could help my image — especially one with somebody everyone loves. could give you a little edge, too." after a beat, he speaks again. "what do you think about dating me for a little while?"
