Network Sees Victory on Bill Critical in Assisting Individuals in Crisis Needing Emergency Assistance Yesterday, the New Jersey State Legislature voted favorably on three of the Housing and Community Network of New Jersey (the Network)’s policy priorities including lifetime emergency assistance!
