Depending on the type of your rubber, the vulcanizing process can occur from room #temperature (as in #silicon) upto 170°C or for tires. Autoclave are cylindrical shape with door to process your rubber parts that required exposure to evaluated the pressure and temperature. They are available in wide range of sizes and the design temperature and pressure, in horizontal or sometimes vertical configuration. Safety requirement for manufacturing and usage. Who exactly is a ‘vulcanizer’? In Nigeria, 'vulcanizers' do general maintenance work on vehicle tyres. They patch up punctured tyres, maintain pressure, attach tyres to wheels, etc.
