SO EXCITED ive had this vague concept in my head for a really long time and NOW I HAVE A PLACE TO PUT

so without further ado, i am jubilated to announce:

POSH SANS

A top hat, a beret. A polka dot bowtie, a silk scarf. A monocle, a pince-nez. A pocketwatch, a wristwatch. A three piece suit, a corseted ballgown.

It's always a little different every time you see it. Sometimes it has a cane, sometimes an umbrella. It approaches you with a twirl and a bow, maybe a curtsy.

It extends a hand, a polite gesture.

Do not take it.

POSH is the VS!Fresh. He is a parasite possessing an unwilling host. Posh values politeness above almost all, with his own survival taking the number one spot.

As the name suggests, Posh can only transfer hosts through touch, and will always use a handshake. Posh will not possess someone if they do not take his hand, as that would not be "polite"

His base form is the hat, which can take many forms. When he possesses someone, spikes stab into their head from the hat/headpiece, giving Posh direct access to their brain.

Every possession Posh takes must have a headpiece in order for it to be a complete takeover, however he can take the form of lesser accessories for partial takeovers. Wristwatches, brooches, etc, can all provide a place for Posh to hook into.

In a complete takeover, Posh's spikes grow into black metallic thorny vines. The vines grow throughout the host's body and pierce the host's SOUL in order for Posh to stay alive.

Posh has a similar swear filter, but replaces curses with polite high-class versions (damn > darn, shit > shoot, fuck > fudge)

Posh is also a walking thesaurus, replacing random words with picks from thesaurus.com

In his base possession, Posh has a monochrome palette. He wears a tuxedo, a plain black bowtie, a top hat, a black-rimmed monocle, smart tuxedo pants and black loafers. He wields a cane and has white silk gloves. Black thorny vines wrap around his neck, down into his ribcage. The vines wrap around his entire body, but everything is hidden by his clothes. Posh has white eyelights, but has to put effort towards making them appear, and so is often spotted with empty sockets.

Other possessions often add in an accent color. He prefers to hide his vines as much as possible. He can assume any outfit that is stereotypically high-class or posh.

You are not being very polite. Allow me to endear thee to a lesson.
