Warning the Vottle
I found Vottles, a species made by @spiritednug and immediately made one of my own!
Yeah, I realise filling them with plastic balls instead of liquid is going to make them that much harder and annoying to draw, but tbh I just think Warning looks cooler with them instead.
Introducing the newest open species of robotic furries: Vottles! Vottles are playful, clever fox like creatures with the capacity to hold materials within their transparent structure! They also come with a built-in compact (or “Chibi”) mode! Find out more here, and make your own vottle today!
cool species here.... i did not make the species!! only made this fella. give them some attention!! @vottlespecies
Result of this week’s art stream! Really happy with how she turned out! You can bid to adopt her here. (Twitter blog is 18+ only) Come visit me next time I draw or game!

Introduction to the Vottle Vottle is an open species of robotic furry designed by Tess, @spirit_tess on twitter. Vottle-nounA species of artificial construct which resembles an anthropomorphic version of a member of the vulpes (or fox) genus. A large percentage of their bodies are composed of ...

Hi i was considering making a vottle and had a couple questions. Nothing serious but just a couple things i wanted clarification on if thats alright. Firstly:
1. How long do vottles live? I couldn’t find anything on it so thought i should ask. I assume they do die at some point considering they still have organic components.
2. I was wondering if the different clear sections are separated. For example if the arm is a separate container than the stomach.
Thats all really. I loved this species to death the first time i laid my eyes on it, so I’m really excited to make a Fursona. And of course i will credit you :].
Good question! I never thought of it! Typically, there is not a specific lifetime for a Vottle. So long as they can repair themselves and their cores are in tact, they can keep on living. Perhaps that's a blessing, or a curse. However, the metallic core and appendages of their core "chibi" mode are not safe from erosion, so unless proper maintenance is maintained, they'll likely deteriorate and die at the rate of which metals deteriorate in the universe you hold them in. Their mental facilities are in tact until the end. They DO mature at the rate of a human, though. And while their core stays the same, their core "chibi" appendages take time to grow until they reach maturity. This leads to making new container limbs to express their age, as well as better fit the appendages and their current range of movement/strength.
Yes they are! You can put milk in one and orange soda in another, battery acid in one leg and lava lamp goo in the other leg! The possibilities are endless. These are very good questions! I will see if I can update the information document. Have fun making your vottle! Please show me when you've finished!
