Baltimore, MD---- Maryland wraps up Day-3 of early in-person voting. The Baltimore city Elections board reports on the third day of voting, 10,454 voters casted a ballot in-person. During the 3rd day of voting in Baltimore city, Morgan State University reported the highest turn out for in-person voting with 1,999 voters casting a vote. Mount Pleasant reported that 1,578 voted in-person.
