Police Jury approves audit reports

Courtney Hall, parish administrator, introduced an ordinance redesigning and reestablishing voting precincts for Districts 6, 8 and 9.

“Louisiana’s revised statues required that if you have less than 300 registered voters in a precinct, you are to merge that precinct with an adjoining precinct,” he said.

NOTE: If you voted at McLane Recreation Center on James Street or the Sisemore Fire Station, the redesign will change your polling place.
