Some days are good, great, beaming, on top the world. Some days are less so. Today was a tough one. And so. Through the hardest parts we remember things that we can be proud of. Those remain. No matter what. Here's one in technicolour. Grit. Guts. Focus. Soaring. Kinship. Purpose. A sense of play when no one is watching, or you think no one is. We fall. We dust ourselves off as if it were mud. Reliving last weekends memories of run kinship. Digging in. Working hard. Another hill. Another lap around a varied, lung busting, technical playground. Soaring like no one was watching.
