Hey. Soooo the different colors for dialogue is….😬 It takes practice to write in a way that the reader should be able to tell who is speaking. The colors seem a little lazy. Best of luck.
hi !! so, even as the WRITER the colours help ME. sometimes while reading others’ fics, i have to read over multiple times to figure it out because my brain can’t always instantly decipher who’s speaking.
in fact, it takes me even longer to add the colour coding to the dialogue, rather than keeping it plain.
its just easier for people who struggle with that, including me, to read it and write it that way. thank you for sharing your opinion, but it will not be something i plan to change anytime soon <3
