@voidclawing Gets an Autumn Starter!
"Keh. You some kinda noble or somethin'?"
Even before his physique had grown more soft, to be without his haori on in autumn hadn't really brought cold. Maybe not full yΕkai, but a hanyΕ's body naturally radiated more body heat no matter their size. Just that he felt as though he looked as sturdy as his body has always felt. Initial reflex was to reach for that haori, only for the scent to fully hit his nostrils.
This wasn't a human. Wasn't a yΕkai, either. Sparked a hint of fascination.
"Somethin' tells me ya didn't come all the way out here lookin' for me."
An eyebrow was quirked, smirk light as the blustery winds of autumn pulled at Inuyasha's long, silver hair. Golden eyes were studying, glancing all over. The hanyΕ's hair had only just dried, he'd been using the river as a method of deep thought, and he hadn't any desire for his haori to get wet. Being the better day that it was for his emotional health, he didn't think much of how all he had on was his hakama. His curiosity was fully on a fellow man with animal like ears, a man who didn't have the scent of a hanyΕ.
"Nothin' chased ya off, did it? I've never smelled anything like you, but I can tell what ya aren't."
In casual manner, Inuyasha slipped his haori back on, arms raising as to pull his hair straight again. Legs had already been folded in proper manner. Now that he was fully dressed in his general attire, arms slipped into his sleeves, the depth of his curiosities hardly hidden in the way he was looking directly at this man's face.
"'Sides, if anyone tries startin' shit, I'll kick their asses for ya. 'S not really my style ta actually hurt someone, but if it comes down to it, 's no reason why ya can't give 'em a scare. Make 'em back off 'n learn they can't push ya around so easily."
Smirk widening slightly, one of the hanyΕ's fangs glinted in the rays of mid twilight sun. Maybe his mood was better than usual right now, the thoughts he'd worked through today had eased his mental state. It wasn't everyone who got such detailed curiosities so openly, though it wasn't the most uncommon occurrence these days, either. Better days meant he was more willing to talk to someone.
"Unless ya really did come lookin' for me for some reason."
A flick of his right ear, expression steadying into something more stoic. More neutral, hair pulled by another gust of wind. It's not like his name wasn't well known in Japan, even more so here. Protector of Kaede's Village, Demon Slayer, hell, this forest was aptly named 'The Forest of Inuyasha'.
"Got a yΕkai problem or somethin'? I can survive on my own, ya don't gotta pay me nothin' ta take care of it if ya do."
