The language of the book is lucid which is very nice as everyone can read with comfort.

Author have shared some part of his life to make us understand the fact what he is talking about.

I have learned many things from the book like

•Don’t drink water when you are standing it’s bad for the body. •Ez water •Wim hof method and win hof too.

I am really amazed to know about the wim hof and his method and I would definitely do it.

Author have shared some shayari which he written when he was feeling low in his life.

Author also talked about the mental illness and the symptoms anyone can guess the disease and consult to doctors who deals with such case immediately and also shared a incident from his life.

The book is really helpful for the people who is facing some issue in their life like bullying about their appearance and their thoughts.

Author have really done a good work by writing this book that could help millions in millions ways and I really appreciate that author taken some steps that changed his life and ours also.

Their are some life parts of author when he was depressed about the problem and how he got out of the that problem he have shared his bad experience of life to give us a new life .

Book is full of knowledge and some prose that will make you feel better when you end it .

I am really happy that I read this book as it taught me many thing that will help me in life and I would five stars to this book.
