She recently made headlines for appearing in British Vogue’s Forces of Change issue, co-edited by Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, and for calling out WHO Magazine after they published a story about her using another black model’s image. “By this happening I feel like it defeated the purpose of what I stand for and spoke about [in the story],” she said via Instagram. “It goes to show that people are very ignorant and narrowminded that they think every black girl or African people looks the same.”
