Been reminiscing on yonder days of the Internet... I like to have a doodle/art archive mostly for myself despite the unquality content 😅 but also for others if they ever feel bored enough to browse lol. But I understand (especially in the current climate of AI) why many others don't care to maintain a personal blog or site, or delete their work constantly & prefer not to leave a trace online overall.
Anyway just been revisiting the pages of deceased friends and artists lately, and feeling grateful for what they've left behind beyond everything else. I hope nothing takes those away because as ephemeral as the online is, those places still feel like a little reprieve to travel back in time. I guess I just miss them hehe
But I also miss people who are alive and well 😅 thankful for friends who continue to share bits of their lives and art, if just for a moment 🙏
