- ( sorry I have to keep separating the asks bc I don’t have much room to fit my lengthy replies lol ) relationship because Diana is the light to Bruce’s darkness and he’d be much happier with someone who can outlive him. I mean, Selina and Bruce has been married in elseworld comics and it worked finely, even if they were killed in the end, they still had a happy life together with their daughter, Helena. So if they married then, they can marry happily now- (2/3) 

-And as for Bruce and Diana again, they did form a relationship in the JLA obsidian age comics or whatever, but their relationship never worked out. And ppl claims that wonderbat couldn’t be mainstreamed because it’d be too much of a perfect ending. Idk, I get pretty frustrated when people keeps comparing wonderbat to batcat and its rather vexing. What are your thoughts about it? (3/3)

You know that I don’t talk about other ships on here and to be frank I’m too old to care about who ships whom, but after what I saw today I’m not going to remain quiet about it. I’ve been doing the fandom thing for a very long term and from what I’ve seen people who ship Batman and Wonder Woman together tend to be among the most aggressively misogynistic, and if they actually cared about Wonder Woman they’d understand the irony in that. It goes beyond just misogynistic language used against Selina or misogynist standards applied to that relationship (i.e. “Bruce should be with Diana because he deserves to be with a superhero” like Diana is just some kind of trophy for Bruce’s heroism), but now it’s being outright nasty and using that kind of language against other fans and that’s where I draw the line. 

The only reason wonderbat was implemented in JLU is bc Bruce Timm had no idea wtf he was doing with Wonder Woman. That guy would just about force any romance. Just look at Batgirl & Batman’s relationship lol.

And wonderbat makes sense?
