In this chapter Yuuki discovers that the Major is the one behind those who orchestrated this farce to frame vampires for killing innocent people. After witnessing how far they would push themselves for this purpose, she decides that she should reveal herself as the leader of the vampires and tell everyone that she’s willing to take action against those enemies. For doing that she wants to make the Major her servant and force him to reveal it all. I wouldn’t say that Yuuki has actually gone mad. Rather she’s basically willing to pull a Kaname and play the villain to stop all this, which actually triggers him to appear via Bloody Rose and tell her that that role doesn’t suit her. 

Meanwhile Ai is still recovering from the attack at the soiree and Ren is off to start training as a hunter.

I would say that this is an enjoyable chapter where things are finally moving along.
