Can you please explain to me what kind of mutant abilities we can have (that aren't taken already)? I went to the types expecting a list and only ended up confused.
ooh! the types page is just how we categorize the mutant types aka where ice manipulators go and so forth -- you can find a list of mutations we can’t have on the restricted list here! anything else should be good but if you’re not sure, you can always run them through us first before you get started on your application!!
is this mutants, like xmen kind of mutants?
yes...and no? the xmen concept actually doesn’t exist within VERTIGO ( not yet anyway, we were considering the possible plot progression toward something like it ) at the time. so it’s just mutants in a city for now! i hope that answers your question!!
Is reserving mandatory?
it’s not! but to better your chances of getting the reservation you want ( i.e. if someone reserves the fc before you can turn an app in ) it’s better to reserve! of course all that is up to you :”)

of course! personally, i’d go for some variety but sometimes it’s unavoidable ( especially with breachers, since a lot of mutations go in there ), so we don’t have a limit on that sort of thing, no worries!

Would it be possible for someone to have been admitted to live in the "government" housing at a young age while their powers still manifest?
unfortunately not! if their powers have already manifested ( aka level one and above ) they would have been ushered into living either at hope’s ( back then ) or sunny now. keep in mind that hope’s peak had only been around for two years before it was burned to the ground by anti-mutants & sunny only opened like say a few months ago!
