Maca mint blondies
Ingredients
 1 1/2 cups spelt flour
1 tsp baking powder
4 tbsp maca root powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup sunflower or canola oil
1 cup Sucanat
1/2 cup nondairy milk
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp pure mint extract
1/3 cup vegan chocolate chips
Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, maca powder and salt. Set aside.
In another bowl, whisk together oil, sugar, non-dairy milk, vinegar and mint extract; add to the dry mixture and mix until combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips. Don't overmix.
Spoon batter into an oiled 8 x 8-inch square pan and smooth out with the back of a spoon. Bake at 350 until a toothpick inserted in the center of the batter comes out clean, about 15 to 20 minutes.
Cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.

Directions- Blend all the ingredients (except pepper) until smooth. Stir in the pepper and enjoy. For a little added something, feel free to put in a carrot, ½ a chili pepper, or even a sprinkle of chili powder to give your soup an extra kick. Ingredients:
1.5 tsp raw maca powder
1 tbsp organic ground cinnamon
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
1/4 cup organic dark chocolate chips
8-10 soft medjol dates, pits removes
