“For this EP I wanted to do something a little different. I’ve felt inspired by the deeper, vibe oriented side of Drum and Bass recently and these four tracks are the result of that. I love how minimal tunes can convey so much atmosphere and mood. You have to carefully choose and implement the sounds you’re using, there’s no hiding a lack of identity through big sound design. Similarly, I believe there’s a different kind of creative freedom when you’re not going for the loudest mixdown possible.
