In English it it the equivalent of the quote, “You can’t do anything without there being any risk.”
I actually don’t know any time that Yukine would say this, but it does sound like a quote he would believe in.

The trickster kept poking the girl on arm cautiously. This time though--The request had been too much. More than his semblance could even bear. He'd killed many many people before, from a long range of ages and social strata. But even so, if there was one special kind of human he still felt physically unable to attack, one special kind of request he couldn't tolerate doing until now, it was--
❝ I'm not going to kill a child. I refuse.❞ He repeated, eyes averting anxiously from his shinki even as though he tried to keep his composure the best he could. A rejection for both Hiiro and Father surely wouldn’t be taken well. But he couldn’t do it. Not this one.

His hands clench into fists, slipping into a defensive (half offensive, if need be, though he’d really rather it not come to that) stance before she has a chance to speak. He may have defeated her once, but he was in no way confident that he could do it again, and in no way eager to find out. “What do you want?” he starts--let's get this out of the way, trying not to act rashly. “I thought we already settled this--he doesn’t need you any more, so leave us alone!”
